Returns

You have the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Software or digital products that have been activated
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
